Has your ID book been lost or stolen?
To prevent your identity being used to commit fraud, call the SA Fraud Prevention Service on 0860 101 248 - urgently.They will send your ID details out to all credit providers as a red alert.It does mean that in future you will have to carry extra documentation in order to prove that you are the person named in your ID book, but it’s a small price to pay.
